Travel blog as a thank you
"The classic travel guides are dead, long live the personal travel report! Before we set off to new destinations, we like to get a first, rough overview. We prefer to do this in travel blogs – because: Nothing is better than the experiences of other people, what they have experienced and felt. And preferably unvarnished, honest, and authentic!"
"Just as we benefit from other travelers, we also want to share our knowledge and experiences. After many years of writing real travel diaries by hand, we eventually found it more sensible to write everything down digitally and finally publish it (in a simplified form) in this blog. A thank you to all globetrotters for discovering new things together!"
Travel blog as a creative outlet
"Aesthetics, design, and language have played an extremely important role for us both privately and especially professionally for more than 25 years. Due to our demanding tasks in daily business, we no longer have the opportunity to fully express our creativity. With our travel blog, we have created a vent to be able to engage in design again and create something beautiful. Also with the aim of being able to distinguish ourselves a little from other travel blogs through appealing design."
"And then there is the love for photography! Where to put all the shots we take on the go, often with great effort? A travel blog channel is also a great option for that."
Travel blog as an inspirator
In our travel reports, we like to provide impulses that are meant to serve as orientation and inspiration. However, what we do not want with this travel blog is to deliver ready-made "travel recipes" that the reader can follow 1:1.
In our opinion, traveling is simply too exciting to just sit at a laid table – a travel blog should always leave room for personal ideas. Therefore, we largely refrain from disclosing detailed information about our accommodations, budgets, and travel routes.
Travel blog as a non-profit
We run this travel blog purely out of passion for travel and creativity. We do not want to make money from it. The risk is too great that personal opinion will give way to monetary interest. Instead, it is important to us to convey honest reports with honest feelings. And to admit when we didn't like something at all (for example, Curaçao), when we were scared while traveling, or when traveling makes us sad (like the night in the Amazon jungle).
"Therefore, you can rely on the fact that the mention of every attraction, every accommodation, or every aid is 100% our opinion and we do not receive any money for the recommendation!"
"Have we piqued your interest? And are you looking for inspiration for your next trip?"
"Then discover our travel blog now: TheBreuers!"
