Production times

As a manufactory, our products are handmade to your order and are not stock items. Therefore we need some time: After receipt of your order or with order clarity, the production and delivery time is approx. 6-9 working days within Germany and approx. 7-10 working days within Europe.

You need to speed things up? In that case we offer prioritized express production for a surcharge (please check the shipping information below). This means: Your order will be taken out of the scheduled production process and processed separately ahead of all others. 

→ The stated delivery times are approximate. In individual cases, delays may occur over which we have no influence.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

Delivery times GoExpress:
We strive to deliver as quickly and reliably as possible. That's why we work with our partner GoExpress as they ship very reliable overnight. This means that when the goods leave our warehouse, they will be delivered to you the very next morning. Delivery by GoExpress takes place Monday to Friday between 08:00 am and 01:00 pm CET. Shortly after we receive your order, we will inform you of an estimated delivery date so that you can plan the delivery accordingly. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link the evening before.

We kindly ask four your understanding that for logistical and organizational reasons we are unable to guarantee delivery on an exact date.

First delivery failed?
No problem! You then have the option of arranging a new delivery date with the shipping company yourself. You will receive the necessary information from us after the first delivery has failed.

Second delivery failed?
If the second delivery attempt also fails, GoExpress may, in rare individual cases, charge for each additional delivery attempt (up to 30.00 Euro depending on the size of the goods). We ask for your understanding that these costs are to be paid by the buyer before the next delivery.

All delivery attempts failed?
If all agreed delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us after 7 working days from the first delivery attempt. Additional costs will be incurred for a completely new shipment, which vary between 40.00 Euro and 190.00 Euro depending on the size of the goods and the country of delivery. These costs are to be borne by the buyer before the new delivery.

Note about deliveries to a non-EU country / Customs Informations:
Please note that our shipping costs do not include any customs duties or other taxes that may be incurred for deliveries to non-EU countries. These costs are to be paid by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there or to the logistics company. We recommend that our customers check the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.
