General Information
After receipt of your order, the average delivery time is approx. 6-8 working days within Germany and approx. 7-9 working days within Europe.
The specified shipping time is a guideline. In individual cases there may be delays over which we have no influence.

Delivery times (only for Push Pin Canvases of 100 cm side length and more)
Delivery by Go! Express takes place on weekdays between 08:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Shortly after we have received your order, we will give you a delivery date so that you can schedule the delivery.
Second delivery attempt (only for Push Pin Canvases)
The delivery of the pin canvases takes place as bulky goods/freight forwarding goods due to the large packing dimensions. Each delivery means a special approach. If the first delivery attempt is not successful, we would like to point out that in rare individual cases Go! Express may charge for the second delivery attempt:
Pin screens with a side length of 100 cm = 5.00 €
Pin screens with a side length of up to 200 cm = 45.00 €
These costs must be paid by the buyer before the second delivery.

Direct shipping to Switzerland is too expensive for you? Then we recommend the service of our shipping partner MeinEinkauf.ch - the cheap and customs-compliant alternative.

Please note that with a girth of 400 cm ((height + width) x 2 + longest side) you have to make a special request to MeinEinkauf.For logistical reasons, we send the canvas and accessories separately. Here, too, it must be clarified whether there are any additional costs for this at meinEinkauf - perhaps the direct ordering route is cheaper in the end?
