Production times
As a manufactory, our products are handcrafted to order and are not stock items. Therefore, we need some time: After receiving your order or once the order is confirmed, the production and delivery time is approximately 6-9 working days within Germany and approximately 7-10 working days within Europe.
Need it faster? Then we offer a prioritized express production for an additional charge (see shipping information below). This means: Your order will be taken out of the regular production process and processed separately and ahead of schedule.

Delivery notes for freight goods with GoExpress:
We strive to deliver as quickly and reliably as possible. Therefore, the shipping of freight goods is done by our partner GoExpress as Overnight. That means: Once the goods leave us, they will be with you by the next morning. Delivery by GoExpress takes place Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 13:00. Shortly after your order is received, we will inform you of an estimated delivery date so you can plan the delivery accordingly. Of course, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link on the day of shipment.
Please understand that we unfortunately cannot offer scheduling of preferred dates for logistical and organizational reasons.
First delivery failed?
No problem! After the first failed delivery, simply arrange a new delivery date directly with GoExpress. You will receive the necessary information from us after the first delivery has failed. Alternatively, you can grant GoExpress a permission to leave the package (which we must also approve with GoExpress in each individual case).
All delivery attempts failed?
If all delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us 7 working days after the first delivery attempt. Additional costs will be incurred for a completely new shipment, which vary between 40.00 euros and 190.00 euros depending on the size of the goods and the delivery country. If the first delivery fails for reasons, if the customer is responsible, costs amounting to 32.00 euros will be charged. These costs must be borne by the buyer before re-delivery.

Note on deliveries to a non-EU country / customs information:
Delivery is carried out according to the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place). Our prices therefore do not include any customs duties, import charges, or foreign taxes that may apply when delivering to a non‑EU country. These costs must be paid by the customer directly to the competent customs or tax authorities or to the logistics company. We recommend that our customers inquire about the details from the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.

Please note, that with a strap measure of 400 cm ((height + width) x 2 + longest side) you must submit a special request to MeinEinkauf. For logistical reasons, we ship canvas and accessories separately, and it must also be clarified here whether additional costs are incurred at MeinEinkauf – maybe the direct ordering route is ultimately cheaper?
