All map sizes contain the same number of locations / the same level of detail. Differences exist only in font sizes and proportions.
Recommended sizes:
140 cm and 160 cm - all elements look very harmonious here and texts are perfectly readable.
All product images show the map of 140 cm width.
- Robust Alu-Dibond panel in 3 mm thickness (Alu-Dibond composite material consists of two thin aluminum panels that enclose a polyethylene core in black)*
- Laminated with 0.75 mm thick magnetic ferrous film and a matt UV protective film to prevent reflections
- Magnetic pull: 55 g/sqcm
- High magnetic adhesion: Holds all larger magnets up to approx. 70 g (e.g. kitchen magnets, vacation magnets); photos can also be attached with magnets**
- Print resolution: Ultra-sharp Fine-Art Print in 2,400 dpi resolution – for perfect readability
- Shockproof packaging, full recyclable
- Hanging system option A: with hanging plates
- Hanging system option B: with aluminum gallery suspension – for a floating look (easy to assemble thanks to the plug connection)
- Hanging not pre-assembled (assembly instruction is enclosed & will also be sent separately by e-mail)
- Mounting instructions: The adhesive must harden for at least 24 hours before hanging.
* The cut edges of an Alu-Dibond board are slightly rough. Please mount with care.
** Due to the many different sizes and weights of commercially available weights, we cannot give a general guarantee for the adhesive force.
Good to know: Magnets require a minimum distance from each other so that they do not attract or repel each other due to their polarity. The larger the magnet, the greater the distance between the magnets must be. We recommend our small magnetic pins – they allow a relatively high density of location markers.
