Production & Delivery Times
Before assembly, please download our assembly instructions and read them carefully.
Bonding only takes place at room temperature (approx. 20°C).
Before gluing the hanging plates, please make sure that the intended surface is free of dirt, dust, grease and lubricants as well as residues of cleaning agents. Only then can the necessary adhesive strength be ensured. Never use chemicals for cleaning, such as glass cleaner, gasoline, spirit or similar. We recommend cleaning the surface to be glued with a clean, dry cloth.
Position the hanging plate and press it firmly for at least 30 seconds with at least 15 kg of pressure and repeat the pressure after 10 minutes. Then let the tray rest for 24 hours. The adhesive tape achieves complete final adhesion after 24 hours.

Production times
As a manufactory, our products are handmade to your order and are not stock items. Therefore we need some time (please see above). You need to speed things up? In that case we offer Prioritized Express Production for a surcharge: Your order will be taken out of the scheduled production process and processed separately ahead of all others.
The stated delivery times are approximate. In individual cases, delays may occur over which we have no influence.

Please understand: Personalized world maps and individual special designs are goods that are only produced to your needs. We can no longer sell them. For this reason, these products are excluded from the return (in accordance with Section 312 G (2) No. 1 BGB).
