Production times
As a manufactory, our products are handmade to your order and are not stock items. Therefore we need some time (please see above). You need to speed things up? In that case we offer Prioritized Express Production for a surcharge: Your order will be taken out of the scheduled production process and processed separately ahead of all others.
The stated delivery times are approximate. In individual cases, delays may occur over which we have no influence.

Are you not satisfied with our product? No problem: You have 14 days after receiving the goods to return it to us.
Please understand: Personalized world maps and individual special designs are goods that are only produced to your needs. We can no longer sell them. For this reason, these products are excluded from the return (in accordance with Section 312 G (2) No. 1 BGB).
Choose the right paper for your poster!
Anything but standard - We offer two selected, fine paper types to match the modern design of our Europe map. Both papers guarantee excellent detail reproduction and brilliant color reproduction, which, thanks to a print resolution of 2,400 dpi, guarantee optimum legibility.
The big differences lie in the manufacturing process, in the paper thickness and especially in the exclusive feel. Whichever paper you choose - our map of Europe as a poster will be a jewel in your home.

Paper 1 — Sihl Poster Paper 200 gsm, semi-gloss
The robust, multi-layer coated paper is weather and wet resistant. The surface is very smooth, while a very light, matt sheen lets the colors shine, especially when viewed from an angle. The satin finish not only looks classy, but also protects against scratches and greasy fingers to a certain extent. A clear qualitative difference to any standard poster paper!
Paper 2 — Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308 gsm
Want it really exclusive? Hahnemühle's fine art papers, which have won several international awards, are particularly popular with galleries and photographers. The finely structured, matt surface of our poster guarantees a map of Europe that is completely non-reflecting. The exclusive Hahnemühle fine art paper is made from 100% cotton and is durable, acid-free and handmade. With a grammage of 308 g/m², the Europe poster is almost like thin, high-quality cardboard.
